How do I sign up?

  1. Go to “Sign-Up” and select a membership to purchase

  3. You will receive an e-mail with further instruction on how to gain door access.


Can I bring a friend?

No, we have a strict policy on NOT letting a friend in with you when you lift at our facility. We have cameras and when you are caught bringing a friend into the gym or sharing your door code with a friend that does not have a membership, we have the right to ban you AND your friend from our facility with no refund.

Your friend can sign up for a membership through our website and they will receive their own access to the gym.


Can I get a day pass?

Yes - we offer day passes $15/day. If you are looking for multiple days, please only purchase one for the day or purchase a 10 punch pack.

If you are purchasing for yourself and another guest, you need to make sure they also fill out the liability waiver as well.

Example: If you are in town for the weekend and want to lift on both Saturday and Sunday, purchase a day pass Saturday morning and then the next morning. The door code changes so you will not be able to use the same code for both days.


I am new to powerlifting. Do you guys have a class or coaches?

Short answer is we do not offer classes or coaching at our gym. We have a supportive atmosphere at our gym where all of our members will be happy to help spot and/or critique if you need help.

If you’re just looking for a program to train with, I suggest the Juggernaut AI app otherwise Pure Fitness out of Mequon, WI is a great option for 1 on 1 powerlifting coaching (tell them we sent you!).


I am a little intimidated by your Gym. Do I need to be an experienced powerlifter to lift at your Gym?

Absolutely not! We have a vast array of experience levels at our gym and we encourage a positive, uplifting atmosphere. You should not feel intimidated at any point and everyone should be there to help, spot, critique, etc.


I want to join the Gym, but I would like a tour first. Can I have a tour?

First, we suggest checking out the pictures of the gym provided on the home page and “About” page of our website and also checking out our google page images. Our space is a total of 2500 sq. ft.

If you cannot get a good sense of the gym from the photos, please reach out to us in the “Contact form” below and request a showing.


Is there an age requirement?

Yes, at this time we are only providing new memberships to individuals over the age of 18.


How much does a membership cost? Are there any initiation or cancelation fees?

We have an inclusive lifting community with an open gym format. We welcome all lifters, regardless of experience. There are no initiation or cancelation fees associated with our gym.

  • One Month Membership - $65*

  • Three Month Membership - $186 ($62/Month)

  • Six Month Membership - $348 ($58/Month)

  • Annual Membership - $660 ($55/month; $120 Savings)

*Students, Active Fire, Police, Military and Veteran discounts available


What are the rules at the Gym?

  • Respect the equipment

    • When deadlifting - use the bumper plates and the two “deadlift platforms”

    • We provide chalk but you must use it appropriately - chalk is for your hands, not the bar - apply only to your hands. Use the blue and yellow brushes to remove the chalk from the bars after you use them

    • No “rack-deadlifts” - we have blocks for that purpose

    • Always use clamps when lifting and make sure the weight is secure

    • Sanitize surfaces that you touch after you are done using equipment

  • Put everything back where you found it

    • Re-rack your weights (this includes the belt squat machine and the lat pull down machine).

  • There are different uses for different bars and we have color coded them accordingly:

    • Red: Squat Only

    • White: can be used for Squat, Bench, or Deadlift

    • Blue: Deadlift only

  • Everyone lifting at the gym must be at least 18 years old

  • Be Humble, HELP OTHERS, Work Hard
